Warranty Policy

SHOGUN Panels products are sourced from reputed manufacturers and import partners, and any warranty, where applicable, shall be subject to the terms, conditions, limitations, and approval of the respective manufacturer or importer. SHOGUN Panels and Revamp Infratech act solely as suppliers and facilitators of warranty claims and shall not be independently liable for product warranties unless specifically stated in writing. Warranty claims will only be considered upon submission of the original GST tax invoice and complete purchase documentation. Any claim must be reported promptly and may require photographs, videos, installation details, maintenance records, or physical samples for evaluation. Where inspection of the material is required, the customer shall be responsible for all costs related to dismantling, packaging, transportation, loading, unloading, and shipment of the material to the designated inspection facility. Submission of a warranty claim does not constitute acceptance of the claim. All materials are subject to technical inspection and analysis to determine whether the issue is the result of a manufacturing defect or has arisen due to installation errors, mishandling, improper storage, physical damage, impact, transportation damage, site conditions, structural movement, chemical exposure, abrasive cleaning methods, unauthorized modifications, misuse, neglect, environmental factors, or any other circumstances beyond normal intended use. Products showing signs of tampering, alteration, misuse, improper installation, or exposure to incompatible chemicals or cleaning agents shall not qualify for warranty consideration. Normal wear and tear, colour variation within industry tolerances, fading due to environmental exposure, and variations arising from natural ageing are also excluded from warranty coverage. The burden of demonstrating proper installation, handling, storage, maintenance, and usage shall remain with the claimant. If a claim is approved, the sole remedy shall be limited to repair, replacement, or credit of the affected material at the discretion of the manufacturer or importer. Under no circumstances shall SHOGUN Panels or Revamp Infratech be liable for labour charges, transportation costs, dismantling costs, reinstallation expenses, project delays, loss of profits, consequential damages, or any indirect losses arising from the use of the product. SHOGUN Panels reserves the right to interpret, amend, modify, or update this Warranty Policy at any time without prior notice.
